Having exhibited at some of these massive wedding shows in my past life I can thoroughly recommend them. Not only do you get to see some of the best wedding service providers in your area, it is a great place to get ideas. As you wander round you will see displays of table settings, 1000’s of wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses and loads of alternative ideas for grooms outfits. You can see, touch and feel everything from caterers and chocolate fountains to favour ideas, shoes, tiaras, flowers, lingerie and so much more. You and your friends can make a day of it as they have somewhere to eat and drink or escape the venue and sample the local eateries, like me, last year at Olympia, we popped out the the Pizza Express on the corner and as we got the train in (it stops right outside the venue) we could indulge in the odd glass of white wine. Anyway don’t take my word for it, find out where the big shows are in your area and make a visit. Keep an eye on your bridal magazines and national press as they often have special price ticket offers. The National Wedding Show say that if you buy online they say that you will save £2 on the ticket on the door price.
